It really helps you shine when other people are doing what they're supposed to, and it's kind of fun to take credit for other people's work. It is very beneficial for me because it makes me look good to the tenants and the owners, and when that happens, business is only going to grow. I'm Matt Leishman with Cushman & Wakefield, a senior property manager overseeing industrial and office buildings. I've had Smart Rain on a few of my properties and have really enjoyed having them.

The reason I think they bring value to all my properties is multifaceted. First, we've been able to save a lot of money on water bills, which is great. Second, it's about getting control of our overall landscaping. The first property I ever did with Smart Rain was a group of five warehouse buildings. We were having constant watering issues and didn't even know what was ours and what was the neighbors'. I mentioned it to Smart Rain, and they came and mapped out the whole thing. We found that we were watering areas we didn't even know about and overwatering certain areas. That first property went so well that it became easy to convince other owners to try it.

As soon as you're ready to get Smart Rain and sign the papers, Smart Rain is there with you step by step. They take you from the install to the mapping to the activation, and then they walk you through how to get on the website and monitor everything that's going on. They never leave you hanging.
